Returns Policy
General Returns
We advise all customers to contact our customer service before returning any products.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds for orders due to buyer’s remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil.
- Product Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges for products, including face masks and size exchanges, are accepted at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept a return or offer a size exchange, you will need to place a new order at your expense for the replacement item.
EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
