If you have lost your plot details for whatever reason, we are happy to help you find it for a small administrative fee. You can purchase a Database search here.
To assist you further, you will need to provide our customer service support team with a bit more information to help us locate the order, as follows:
- The email address the plot might have been purchased with (either yours or the purchaser’s).
- An estimate of when the purchase was made (even a rough idea, such as how many years ago).
-The delivery address the plot might have been sent to.
- The name of the plot owner and additional details such as a middle name that may have been included in the original purchase.
Once we receive this information, we'll do our best to locate your plot in our records. Please be aware that there are other companies offering similar products, and in some cases, we may be unable to find your plot in our system. While we can’t confirm which competitor you may have purchased from, we will be able to verify whether or not you own a plot with Highland Titles.
